لاہور ہائی کورٹ (ایل ایچ سی) نے پنجاب کے ایڈووکیٹ جنرل (اے جی پی) سے کہا ہے کہ وہ 2019 میں شروع ہونے والے اسٹیک ہولڈرز کے ساتھ قرآن پاک کے غیر مستند نسخوں کی اشاعت میں ملوث افراد کو سزا دینے کے فیصلے پر عمل درآمد پر تبادلہ خیال کریں۔

حسن معاویہ نے ایک پٹیشن دائر کی جس میں الزام لگایا گیا کہ احمدی کمیونٹی اور دیگر غیر مسلم مسلمانوں کو دھوکہ دینے کے لیے ‘تحریری عربی متن اور انٹرنیٹ اور گوگل پلے اسٹور پر مسخ شدہ ترجمہ کے ساتھ قرآن پاک کی کاپیاں تقسیم اور اپ لوڈ کرتے رہتے ہیں۔’

انہوں نے دعویٰ کیا کہ 2019 کے فیصلے کی بنیاد پر، انہوں نے محکمہ داخلہ اور پولیس حکام کو بہت سی شکایات درج کرائی ہیں، جن میں ذمہ دار افراد کے خلاف کارروائی کی درخواست کی گئی ہے۔ عدالت کی جانب سے حکومت اور قرآن بورڈ کو یہ بھی حکم دیا گیا تھا کہ وہ قرآن سمیت کسی بھی مذہبی مواد کی اشاعت پر نظر رکھیں اور اس کے اصل متن یا مستند معنی کے خلاف کراس چیک کریں اور اگر کوئی تضاد ہو تو مناسب کارروائی کریں۔

Lahore High Court (LHC) Has Issued an Order To Take Action against Publishing Inauthentic Copies of the Holy Quran

The Advocate General of Punjab (AGP) has been asked by the Lahore court (LHC) to debate the execution of a judgment for the penalization of people involved in publishing unauthentic copies of the Holy Quran with stakeholders beginning in 2019.

Hassan Muawyah filed a petition alleging that the Ahmadi community and other non-Muslims still distribute and upload copies of the Quran with “distorted Arabic text and mangled translation on the web and Google Play Store simply to deceive Muslims.”

He claimed that supported the 2019 verdict, he had filed many complaints with the house Department and police authorities, requesting that action be taken against individuals responsible. the govt and therefore the Quran Board were also ordered by the court to observe the publication of any religious material, including the Quran, and to cross-check it against its original text or authentic meaning, and to require appropriate action if there have been any inconsistencies.
