According to Bestskinpeel, for the skin to be clean, healthy, and easy to handle, simply follow these nine steps:
1) Reduce stress through prayer and meditation.
Depression creates hormones that actually create us as they destroy cells and create toxic byproducts and free radicals. Studies have shown that prayer and meditation can alleviate much of our stress. Prayer and meditation have been shown to reduce even the symptoms of cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
2) Drink plenty of water.
It is true that 90% of us do not drink enough water. For your skin cells to work properly and recover well from cuts, etc. we need to drink 8-12 glasses of water daily. Our skin is one of our most important organs as it protects against infections, protects us from falls, etc. We need a lot of water.
3) Get enough sleep.
Failure to get 8-10 hours of sleep a day will first appear on your skin. Broken capillaries, swelling, circles under the eyes.
4) Eat well.
Get proper nutrition. Poor nutrition can cause or exacerbate skin problems such as acne. A moderate diet 3 times a day has been proven to help reduce spikes in skin problems and help balance acne vulgaris rashes.
5) Take vitamins to supplement your skin and body.
We cannot always make sure that we get 100% of each vitamin and mineral in the food we eat, but we can take a multivitamin once a day. Cheap at Walmart and no excuses. People who take multivitamins once a day live longer. It is a proven fact that smokers have taken their lives for years.
6) Thoroughly clean your skin.
Strong soaps can dry out your skin and promote the production of sebum (oil) that can spread acne. Use a mild cleanser that contains 2% salicylic acid. This has been proven to be very effective in extracting excess oil while maintaining proper hydration and pH. Low acidity will keep germs away.
7) Do not smoke.
Smoking puts you in a bad mood. In fact, smoking can add up to 10 years of appearance to your skin. Why would you want to do that? If you have to have nicotine and get a nicotine supplement or patch – it will satisfy your cravings and there is no evidence or statistics of who gets cancer, pneumonia, etc from this.
8) Wear sunscreen.
The skin has katanin to protect it from the sun’s rays, but it is not like UV rays, etc … we expose ourselves to it. Melanoma has several types and they are all deadly. If you do not think you will get skin cancer or think you are safe, just go to your local dermatologist and ask to see pictures of clients with skin cancer, it is best to go to an oncology center at your local hospital. You would never think that way again. Wear sunscreen.
9) Treat yourself to spa treatments at least once a year.
Skin rejuvenation, TCA removal, deep tissue massage, complete relaxation, and aromatherapy will all energize and heal your skin. TCA supplements will improve your skin’s ability to regenerate and improve collagen levels.
Remember, follow these nine steps to enjoy healthy skin.
