ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ایسا نہیں ہے کہ پاکستانی یہ نہیں کر سکتے، اگر کوریا جیسا چھوٹا ملک نیٹ فلکس کے عالمی چارٹ میں ٹاپ کر سکتا ہے تو پاکستان کیوں نہیں؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان کو اپنے کام کا انداز بدلنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ پاکستان کو کہانی سنانے اور مزید پیشہ ورانہ انداز میں کام کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ پاکستان کو بین الاقوامی منڈی تک پہنچنے کے لیے پہلے مقامی مارکیٹ کے مواد سے چھٹکارا حاصل کرنا چاہیے۔مہوش نے یہ بھی کہا کہ کام کے بارے میں ان کے چنچل ہونے کی سب سے بڑی وجہ مارکیٹ میں گردش کرنے والا غیر معیاری مواد ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ انہیں 2016 میں نشر ہونے والی دل لگی کے بعد مضمون لکھنے کے قابل کچھ نہیں ملا۔

She said that there’s no harm in making content for the local market but such content has zero potential of reaching international platforms. She also said, “It is worth noting that even the work from India that has done well on OTT platforms may be a far cry from their regular commercial cinema and television dramas,” She said that It’s not that Pakistanis cannot fuck, if a tiny low country like Korea can top the Netflix global charts, why can’t Pakistan?. She said that Pakistan has to change its kind of work. Pakistan has to work on storytelling and work more professionally. Pakistan should get obviate the local market content initially so as to achieve an international market.
She also said that the most reason for her becoming picky about work is that the quite substandard content that’s circulating within the market. She said that she didn’t find anything worth essaying after DilLagi which was aired in 2016.
