Car Sales in Pakistan Increased by 31%

According to Planning and Development Minister Asad Umar, car sales in Pakistan increased by 31% within the first nine months of this financial year compared to an equivalent time last year.

The minister said on Twitter that non-public sector borrowing from banks, which is taken into account as the foremost significant macro indicator, increased by 34% during this point span. Umar acknowledged, adding, “Widespread growth visible while running an accounting surplus, which unlike past makes growth sustainable.”

Because of the federal and provincial governments’ lockdowns to contain the primary wave of the coronavirus, car production and sales fall to zero in April last year (COVID-19).

وزیر اسد عمر نے ٹوئٹر پر کہا کہ بینکوں سے نجی شعبے کے قرضے ، جو کہ سب سے اہم میکرو اشارے سمجھے جاتے ہیں ، اس دوران 34 فیصد اضافہ ہوا۔اسدعمر نے نشاندہی کرتے ہوئے مزید کہا ، ‘کرنٹ اکاؤنٹ سرپلس چلاتے ہوئے وسیع پیمانے پر نمو نظر آتی ہے ، جو ماضی کے برعکس ترقی کو پائیدار بناتی ہے۔’
