19-years-old Pakistani Climber ‘Shehroz Kashif’ sets world record as youngest to scale K2 and Mount Everest in the same year.

Shehroze Kashif, a Pakistani mountaineer, has set two new world records together with his two successful expeditions to the world’s highest peaks, Everest (8,849m) and K2 (8,611m).

Shehroze Kashif, 19, has been recognized by Guinness World Records because he was the world’s youngest climber to summit the world’s two tallest mountains within the same year within three months. Kashif also proclaimed the incredible achievement on Twitter. “This is a few things truly unique, and as a Pakistani, I’m ecstatic to be ready to share this news with you all,” he said.

The teen climber stated he obtained both records from GWR and thanked everyone for his or her prayers. He concluded, “This is for you, Pakistan.”
