Changed the course of National Radio and Electronics (NELCO)
Consolidated power and simplified operations
Made key acquisitions, including Tetley, Jaguar Land Rover, and Corus – Put an emphasis on innovation and gave younger talent more responsibility – Designed and led the development of the Tata Nano automobile
