KP Plans to Send 500,000 Skilled Workers Abroad for Jobs
The current Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Chief Minister, Justice (retired) Syed Arshad Hussain Shah, has given information regarding the province government’s ongoing attempts to carry out the “Khushal Pakhtunkhwa Initiative.”
This program aims to empower young people by providing them with training and skills that are specifically designed to meet the needs of global employment markets.
A significant announcement made by Justice Arshad is the introduction of the Human Capital Export Strategy. This strategy outlines an ambitious goal of training and sending 500,000 young individuals from the province to foreign countries each year. The primary objective is to enhance their employability and create opportunities for them in various foreign nations.
The Chief Minister shared these plans while addressing the 10th Parents Day event held at Kernal Sher Khan Cadet College Swabi, where he served as the chief guest.
Justice Arshad stressed in his remarks the critical role that young people play as important resources for the country and as future leaders. He emphasised how critical it is for young people to concentrate on their education, put in a lot of effort, and get ready for the obligations that come with helping the nation as a whole.
Justice Arshad also emphasised the government’s dedication to placing a high priority on youth welfare.
This suggests a more comprehensive approach to guaranteeing the general welfare and development of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s younger population, in addition to economic empowerment.

خیبرپختونخوا کے موجودہ نگراں وزیر اعلیٰ جسٹس (ریٹائرڈ) سید ارشد حسین شاہ نے ’’خوشحال پختونخوا اقدام‘‘ کے نفاذ میں صوبائی حکومت کی جاری کوششوں کے بارے میں تفصیلات فراہم کی ہیں۔
اس اقدام کا خاص توجہ نوجوانوں کو ہنر اور تربیت سے آراستہ کرکے انہیں بااختیار بنانے پر ہے جو بین الاقوامی ملازمتوں کی منڈیوں کے تقاضوں کے مطابق بنائے گئے ہیں۔
جسٹس ارشد کا ایک اہم اعلان ہیومن کیپٹل ایکسپورٹ سٹریٹیجی کا تعارف ہے۔ یہ حکمت عملی ہر سال صوبے سے 500,000 نوجوانوں کو تربیت دینے اور بیرون ممالک بھیجنے کے ایک پرجوش ہدف کا خاکہ پیش کرتی ہے۔ بنیادی مقصد ان کی ملازمت کو بڑھانا اور مختلف غیر ملکی ممالک میں ان کے لیے مواقع پیدا کرنا ہے۔
وزیر اعلیٰ نے ان منصوبوں کا اظہار کرنل شیر خان کیڈٹ کالج صوابی میں منعقدہ دسویں یوم والدین کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا جہاں انہوں نے بطور مہمان خصوصی شرکت کی۔
اپنے خطاب کے دوران جسٹس ارشد نے نوجوانوں کے اہم کردار پر زور دیا جو قوم کے لیے قیمتی اثاثہ اور مستقبل کے ممکنہ لیڈر ہیں۔ انہوں نے نوجوانوں کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کیا کہ وہ اپنی پڑھائی پر توجہ دیں، سخت محنت کریں اور ملک کی مجموعی ترقی میں اپنا کردار ادا کرنے کے لیے ان ذمہ داریوں کے لیے خود کو تیار کریں۔
مزید برآں، جسٹس ارشد نے نوجوانوں کی فلاح و بہبود کو ترجیح دینے کے حکومتی عزم پر زور دیا۔
