صوبائی حکومت نے گاڑیوں کی رجسٹریشن کے ذریعے صوبائی آمدنی بڑھانے کی کوشش میں اگلے سال یونیورسل وہیکل نمبر پلیٹ سسٹم کے نفاذ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔وزیر خزانہ کے خصوصی معاون برائے ایکسائز اینڈ ٹیکسیشن سید غازی جمال نے اپنے محکمہ کے دو سالہ نتائج پر میڈیا کو بریفنگ دیتے ہوئے یہ انکشاف کیا۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ رواں سال محکمہ نے اب تک 10 کروڑ روپے کی وصولی کی ہے۔ 2 ارب روپے مختلف ٹیکسوں کی مد میں ، اضافی روپے کی وصولی کے ساتھ۔ پچھلے سال کے مقابلے میں 180 ملین ، جو پچھلے سال کے مقابلے میں 143 فیصد اضافہ ظاہر کرتا ہے۔
KP Govt to Introduce Universal Vehicle Number Plate System
“The provincial government has announced the implementation of next year’s universal vehicle number plate system in an effort to boost provincial revenue through increased vehicle registration.”
Syed Ghazi Ghazan Jamal, Special Assistant to Chief Minister (SACM) on Excise and Taxation, revealed this while briefing the media on his department’s two-year results.
He said this year that the department has thus far recovered Rs. 2 billion on top of various taxes, with a further collection of over Rs. 180 million compared to the previous year, which showed an increase of 143 percent compared to the previous year.
